How is green tea made?

To produce green tea, the leaves of the plant are steamed and fried in a pan and finally dried.

Effects of green tea:

Drinking green tea regularly can help you lose weight and burn fat, reduce the risk of diabetes, heart disease and cancer. It is useful for improving brain function, improving bad breath, relieving digestive symptoms, controlling blood pressure and cholesterol, and for inflammatory diseases.

In traditional Chinese and Indian medicine, people used green tea to control bleeding and heal wounds, help digestion, improve heart and mental health, and regulate body temperature.

It has had positive effects on weight loss, liver disorders, type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer. It also has an effect on breast, bladder, ovary, intestine, throat, lung, prostate, skin and stomach cancers.

It is also used to prevent tooth decay, relieve stress, improve bone health, improve longevity, and prevent stroke.

Drinking 3 to 5 cups of green tea daily is good for health.

Available types of green tea:

artificial and sweetened, tea bags, instant powder and in the form of capsules or extracts .

Compounds:

Among other teas, it has more antioxidants and less calories and caffeine than black tea and coffee.

There are many nutrients, vitamins and minerals in green tea leaves. It also contains potassium that helps keep the body hydrated, magnesium that helps control blood sugar, and selenium that protects the body.

This tea does not contain fat, carbohydrates and protein and you can replace it with soda, juice or coffee.

A study has shown that green tea has a moisturizing effect on the skin and improves fine lines and age spots, wrinkles and acne because it contains vitamin E and B2.

Don’t  take together with iron tablets because it prevents iron absorption.

side effects:

Excessive consumption can lead to side effects such as headache, nervousness, sleep problems, diarrhea, tremors, heartburn, dizziness, confusion, irregular heartbeat.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, more than 6 cups a day may be dangerous, and those with liver problems should consult a doctor.
